Yesterday at the Sunday service, a brother shared about alignment with the body of Christ. He said that when the body of Christ connect together as an army, the power of God will be released. When the army comes together, line up in the battle array, my strength become your strength, and your strength become my strength.
I was really touched by the fact that when we connect together as a body in Christ, we can share not only the love of God, but also our strength.
It's true that no matter how strong we are, there are still things that we can never achieve individually. But when we come together as a body, and fight together as an army, we can bring down the walls of Jericho.
"There are many parts, but one body." (1 Cor. 12: 20)
We are the body of Christ, and each one of us is a part of it. We need each other to fulfill our destinies. We need each other to accomplish what God wants us to do. We need each other to share the joy and tears. We need each other's love, support, encouragement and company.
May the love of God connect us and flow through us, the body of Christ, so that we can love each other deeply. May my strength become your strength, and your strength become my strength, so that we can glorify Him together!
